CANCELLATION POLICIES
- Payment is made at any time from the creation of the reservation, usually 15 to 7 days before your arrival.
- Free cancellation in low season 15 days before your arrival and high season 30 days before your arrival.
- If the client does not show up, he will have to pay the total price of the reservation.
- For Groups that occupy 2 rooms onwards, in all hotels free cancellation up to 30 days before the reservation in all seasons. Otherwise, 100% of the total reservation will be charged.
