Therefore, Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. is limited exclusively to offering, through the website, a booking service for activities, excursions, tours, guided visits, and transfers in Colombia, which are carried out directly by the Providers.
3.- Book with Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. and register on the website
In order to make reservations through the Website, Users will have to provide their personal data (name, surname, email, telephone and mobile), or where applicable the data of the person on whose behalf the activity, excursion, circuit, guided tour, as well as transfers are reserved, so that Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. can make the reservation requested by the User.

4.2.- Specific conditions related to information about the activity, excursion, circuit and/or guided tour booked.
The meeting point, date, time, duration and all the information necessary to enjoy the activity, excursion, circuit and/or guided tour booked, will be in the confirmation email that Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. sends to the user once the booking has been made.
In the confirmation email, in addition to providing all the information about the booked service, Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. may provide the User with a booking voucher or receipt for the activity, excursion, circuit and/or guided tour booked so that the User can present it to the Provider prior to the start of the activity.
It is essential that Users are punctual and arrive at the meeting point at the time and date indicated on their voucher, since all activities, excursions, tours and guided visits are scheduled to depart at a specific time and it is not possible to change the start time.
If, once at the destination, Users have any questions regarding the booked service, and in particular, the meeting point for the activity, excursion or visit, Users can contact the Provider at the contact telephone number shown on the voucher given to them by Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. at the time of booking confirmation.
Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. informs you that the Provider may require you to present the voucher confirming your activity reservation before it begins. Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. will not assume any responsibility if you fail to present this voucher to the Provider.
5.- Economic conditions of contracting
The booking of services from Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. will be considered formalized once the Users have completed and accepted the booking form for the activity or tour.
Prices will be those indicated by Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. at the time of booking the activity or tour chosen by the User. Generally, Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. collects full payment through the Website for the activity, excursion, guided tour, circuit, and/or transfer booked by the User. However, some services are offered by Providers who allow the User to pay a portion of the total cost at the time of booking and the remaining balance upon arrival for the activity, excursion, guided tour, circuit, or transfer. In any case, this depends on the terms and conditions of each Provider.
These prices are expressed in Pesos, including taxes, and the total amount will be indicated upon final confirmation of the service contract. Payment can be made by credit or debit card (Visa or Mastercard).
Generally, Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. will not apply discounts to the provision of its services, unless so established in the conditions of the activity, excursion, guided tour, circuit and/or transfer that corresponds.
After booking, Users will receive a confirmation email confirming payment for the service.
Any unauthorized or fraudulent charges on the card used for the purchase must be reported to Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. or via email to viajesantamarta@gmail.com as soon as possible so that Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. can take the appropriate action.
6.- Cancellation Policy

Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. will not be responsible under any circumstances for refunding amounts paid by its Users when they have not complied with the cancellation deadline stipulated in the cancellation policy applicable to each service.
- ii. For delays or errors made by Users in arriving at the meeting point for the activity, excursion, guided tour, and/or reserved transfer. That is, Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. will not assume any responsibility if the User misses the activity or reserved transfer due to lack of punctuality and/or not being at the corresponding meeting point.
- iii. Cases in which the Provider denies the User access to the corresponding activity, excursion and/or guided tour when the User does not carry the corresponding voucher printed on paper and/or downloaded on their mobile phone (as required in each case by the Provider).
- iv. Damages and thefts affecting Users and their property during the enjoyment of activities, excursions, tours and guided visits and/or during the journey of the contracted transfer service.
- v. For injuries, damages and accidents that the User may suffer during the enjoyment of the activity, excursion, guided tour, circuit and/or reserved transfer, as well as for those injuries, damages and accidents suffered by the User prior to the service and that have prevented him from enjoying it.
- vi. The loss of flights, trains, buses or any other means of transport, as a consequence of not having arrived at the time suggested by the provider.
- vii. The weather conditions under which the Provider carries out the activities, excursions, and guided tours booked by the Users. Under no circumstances will Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. be responsible for these circumstances, and therefore the service will be considered properly provided.
- viii. On the quality of service provided by the Suppliers.
Furthermore, Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. does not provide any warranty nor is it liable, under any circumstances, for damages of any kind that may arise from accessing or using the content or the Website. Among others, and by way of example and not limitation, Las Pleyades Comercializadora Internacional Ltda. is not responsible for the following circumstances:
