The tour begins in Santa Marta early in the morning. We will travel by bus to Tayrona Park, heading east toward the entrance of Neguanje. After checking in at the park entrance, we will continue on the bus to the 7 Olas viewpoint, where we will have time to capture the beauty of this beach in our photos. From there, we will continue on the bus to Neguanje Beach, where, after receiving instructions from the guide, we will board a boat bound for Playa Cristal. This transfer takes approximately 10 minutes. Upon arrival, we will have free time on the beach before lunch.
Lunch will be served at Playa Cristal. The guide will recommend a restaurant where we can order lunch (not included). During our free time, we will have the opportunity to snorkel at this beach. If you don't have equipment or experience, you can hire the snorkeling service, which is provided by trained personnel with professional equipment. If you wish to do so, it is best to follow the guide's recommendations (this activity is not included).
The return trip begins around 2 p.m. and we will arrive in the city at approximately 5:30 p.m.

Confirmed reservations have the following cancellation policies:
- Cancellations or changes received between 15 and 5 days before arrival will have a charge corresponding to one night.
- Cancellations or changes received between 4 and 1 day before arrival for reservations of two nights or more will have the following charges:
– 4 days before: 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
– 3 days before: 75% of the total reservation.
– 2 days before: 85% of the total reservation.
– 1 day before: 100%. - Cancellations or changes between 4 and a day before arrival for reservations of one night, will be charged with 100% of the total amount of the reservation.
- In case of cancellations without penalty, 10% of the total reservation will always be charged for agency administrative expenses.
The refund will be applied according to these terms:
- Once the trip has started, the services included and not enjoyed will not be reimbursed, unless the cancellation is verified by officially justified illness.
