– In low season, cancellations must be made at least three days before the arrival date.
– In high season, cancellations must be made at least 15 days before the arrival date.
– If cancellations are made after the deadline, the hotel will charge the first night.
– If you cancel your reservation after the deadline, which is 48 hours before your check-in, the hotel will charge the full value of the reservation.

Casa Tayrona Los Naranjos is located in Vereda Los Naranjos on the edge of the Tayrona National Natural Park. You can get there by car from Santa Marta on the main road in 1 hour. After passing the entrance to the Tayrona Park del Zaino, just 5 minutes later, you will see the entrance to the property, with a sign indicating the name of our cabin.
Tayrona Park Zaino entrance: The most beautiful national park in Colombia, with its beaches of crystal-clear waters and golden sand, where you can enjoy under the shade of palm trees. From here you can visit beaches such as Arrecife, La Piscina, Cabo San Juan del Guía and Nudista, as well as other places of cultural interest such as Pueblito and the Sendero 9 piedras.
Tayrona Park Neguanje entrance: This entrance is a 30-minute drive away, where you can visit beaches such as Neguanje and Playa Cristal.
Don Diego River: We will observe the flora and fauna of the entire area and enjoy the mouth of the river in the Caribbean Sea.
Valencia Waterfalls: A natural reserve that has a waterfall that falls forming a natural pool. It is only available during the rainy season.
Tayronaka: Walk along the paths that were once the homes and roads of the Tayrona Indians.
Rodadero: Returning to Santa Marta, just 15 minutes away, we find the most touristic beach in the city. Although this beach does not have the tranquility and beauty of Tayrona, it is very visited by tourists who come in search of sun and sand. It is surrounded by warehouses, artisan shops, restaurants and shopping centers.
Minca: is a small town located in the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, 1 hour and 15 minutes from the PNNT. Although the climate is not very different from the city, it offers tourists attractions such as rivers with very cold and crystal-clear waters, waterfalls to enjoy a nice walk with family and friends.
